Good shelving units.

Bought the shelving units after reading many positive reviews and it didn't disappoint me when I received them. It is very easy to assemble with the free mallet that comes with it. There is a video guide on youtube to follow. The metal frame is strong and the wood shelves are thick so it will last long. It also have connectors to link the units together. It is easy to move the shelving up or down and I have built it in the garage in different configurations. Will definitely buy from Storage Affairs again and highly recommended to you.

What a great purchase

Just the job, tidied up my storage space a treat! Easy to assemble, strong, sturdy and smart. I wish I had discovered and bought these years ago. Great value for money.

Very sturdy and great value for money

I bought these shelving units on the strength of the many positive reviews I had read on Amazon. I'm very pleased to say that I'm extremely happy with these units. They are really strong and great value. I find them much more sturdy than previous shelving I have had which was bolt together. I'm happy to recommend them to others. Assembly time was about 20 minutes per unit and a rubber mallet is supplied and is tucked into one of the boxes. The mallet end sticks out of the box so make sure you open the box with the mallet head sticking out of it first. You do need the mallet to assemble these properly.

Easy and sturdy

Previously I have bought ex-NATO bolt together shelving from a local dealer in used shelving, but when I needed some more Racking, I found they had gone out of business. I was very suspicious of the boltless, slot together approach, but I have to say it is quick and effective. The section size of the legs is up to the job, and once you get a couple of shelf frames together the structure becomes robust quite quickly (I had visions of things falling apart quicker than I could slot it together but it is not like that at all).<br /> <br /> I also used a hacksaw to slightly reduce the height to fit under a sloping roof at the back of my garage... and the structure accommodates that quite well.<br /> <br /> Because the shelves are a pressed board, I actually painted mine before use... just to prevent any damp/condensation spoiling them.<br /> I had 1 small piece missing (one box had been opened to add the mallet you get to aid construction and that had allowed a part to escape. I mentioned this and a replacement part quickly arrived. Top marks for that.<br /> <br /> Overall I have to say I'm very pleased... and more importantly my wife is very happy.

Excellent strong kit.

In my last house,I bought some racking from a glossy advertisement in the paper. When it actually arrived,I could not believe it was the same stuff as in the advertising.it was made from glorified aluminium foil,very disappointed.in fact I ran after the delivery van to ask where the rest of it was ?
